Our flavor buds are tingling as we kick-off meals truck frenzy week, showcasing today’s visitor Chef Najati Abdalla, operator of Namash Swahili Cuisine.
Abdalla commenced her organization to share her country’s cuisine with the Salt Lake neighborhood. At first from Somalia, she moved to the United States in 2008. A talent for cooking operates in her family, with Abdalla studying to cook dinner at age 12 to help her mom who also owned a food items organization.
